Ngoni holds a B.Soc.Sc and LL.B with Distinction from Rhodes University. He joined Kantor and Immerman in 2015 and was admitted into partnership in 2020. Ngoni’s interests include corporate and commercial law and he has advised the firm’s clients in M&As, private equity, regulatory compliance, exchange control, AML, fintech, construction, employment, insolvency and restructuring. Ngoni also maintains a busy litigation practice and regularly appears in the Supreme Court, High Court and Labour Court of Zimbabwe. Notable transactions include being part of the legal team that advised on Barclays Bank plc’s disposal of its shareholding in Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe (now First Capital Bank of Zimbabwe Limited).
