Chatapiwa is a corporate lawyer with diverse sector, function, transactional and litigation expertise. She has used her commercial practice and experience to apply a strategic mind to projects and partnerships, legal solution solving, providing assistance on investment transactions and due diligence. She has dealt extensively with Commercial litigation and Arbitration, successfully representing clients at the Labour, High and Supreme Courts of Zimbabwe. Chatapiwa’s clients range from Private firms and Entrepreneurs to Pension Funds and NGOs.

Chatapiwa attained her Bachelor of Bio-Medical Science from Griffith University before going onto her LLB with the University of London. She then joined the firm as a Graduate Intern before becoming an Associate in 2015 upon admission into practice in Zimbabwe. Subsequently she led cohort as peer in charge of Associates, until her Admission as Partner in July 2020. Chatapiwa has since been appointed as Partner in charge of Business Development.
