Has over the past years attended to listing of companies on the stock exchange in Zimbabwe and abroad. Has participated and given advice to clients on company acquisitions and mergers as well as management and employee buy outs.

• Specialized in finance related matters and at the moment is a general Counsel to African Baking Corporation, ZB banking limited, Spar Harare (private) limited. IDBZ, Metropolitan Bank. Zimta Credit Co-operation Union, local Authorities Pension Fund, the International Finance Corporation and many others.
• Attends to any other Civil matters be they delictual or contractual
• Attends to drafting of all types of Corporate and Commercial agreements, registration of securities and transfer of immovable property.
