Dorcas is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree, LLB with the University of Zimbabwe having graduated in 2010. She has been with Chidawanyika Chitere and Partners from 2010 to 2019. In 2020 she founded Shirichena-Chivunze Legal Practitioners. she specialises in Commercial Law and drafting of contracts, Mining Law, Criminal and Civil litigation. She is a registered Notary Public and Conveyancer. She is an affiliate member of Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association and Association of Young Arbitrators.
