LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

1. I hereby revoke, cancel and annul all former wills, codicils or other acts of testamentary disposition heretofore made by me, desiring that they be of no further force or effect whatsoever and I declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

2. I hereby grant unto such Executrix/Executor and Administratix/Administrator all such powers as are in law allowed or required, especially the power of assumption and substitution and I direct that such Executrix/Executor and Administratix/Administrator shall not be required to furnish any security whatever for the proper administration of my Estate; for any services rendered to or on behalf of my Estate in any professional capacity, she/he shall be entitled to charge against and recover from my Estate her/his usual professional fees.
