I need to have a close my father’s pession Fund as my father passed away in 1995 and his second wife is paid with out of original death certificate
Letter of Demand has been served on my tenant for unpaid rent and to vacate the property, but he has stated he will not comply.
I am told I need 3 copies of the ‘summons’ to submit so I require the forms for summons for eviction of tenant off my property and for the payment of outstanding rent.
