Urban Councils  Tenders Regulations 2008

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and Urban Development has, in terms of section 234 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Councils (Tenders) Regulations, 2008.
2. The sum prescribed for the purposes of section 211(2) of the Act shall be equivalent to the amount prescribed from time to time in terms of section 4 of the Procurement Regulations, 2002, published in Statutory Instrument 171 of 2002.
3. The Urban Councils (Tenders) Regulations, 2007, published in Statutory Instrument 89 of 2007, are repealed.
