RE: REVISED GENERAL TARIFF OF FEES FOR LEGAL PRACTITIONERS

I am pleased to circulate herewith the revised tariff of fees one denominated in United States Dollars and the other in Zimbabwean Dollars.

As in the previous tariffs, we have retained the elasticity of the tariff. The ZWL tariff has been reviewed in sympathy with other economic fundamentals. Members are encouraged to continue to make use of the premium over and above the customary rate.

The United States Dollars tariff has been rationalized under Part Il Item 1: General professional services to ensure that there is no overlap on the fees charged for the certain years of experience. Kindly note that the USD figures have not been reviewed.
