To provide for the establishment of the Commission for Persons with Disabilities; to provide for the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in accordance with the Constitution of Zimbabwe and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; to repeal the Disabled Persons Act [Chapter 17:01]; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe.
