Harare (Protection of marginalized land) By-laws 2014
Prohibition of certain activities on marginilised land. Mraginalised land includes wet lands, sloppy areas, hills, land within 30m of naturally defined banks of public stream, land within 30m of artifically constructed water storage in public areas.
