Acquisition of Farm Equipment or Material Act (Chapter 18:23)
AN ACT to provide for the acquisition of farm equipment or material not being used for agricultural
purposes; to amend section 5 of the Land Acquisition Act [Chapter 20:10]; and to provide for matters
connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
